1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items including our Wreath Hoop Centerpiece Sets and Weave Wedding Table Runners. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact (especially important for fragile items like our Modern White Glazed Ceramic Vase)
• All tags and protective wrapping must be present
• Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and quality control reasons:

• Clearance items (marked as such, like our Roman Pattern Ceramic Vase in Twilight Purple)
• Custom or personalized decor items
• Used floral arrangements or damaged products
• Items without original packaging

3. Return Process

To return your Aisle & Chair Decor Set or other eligible items:

1. Contact us at [email protected] for a Return Authorization
2. Repackage item securely in original packaging with all protective materials
3. Include the original packing slip
4. Ship to our New York address with tracking

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (such as our Deluxe Combo Set Flower Sign Decor):

• Refunds are issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping is customer's responsibility unless item was defective
• Restocking fees may apply for large items like Extra Long Pooling Table Skirts

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your Flexible Combo Set Flower Sign Decor arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos for replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
