1. Processing Time

All orders for our delicate decor items including Wrist Corsages and Hoop Centerpiece Sets are carefully packaged and processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons (wedding months from May-September), processing may take additional 1-2 days.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options for our fragile items like Ceramic Vases and Glass Centerpieces:

• Standard Shipping: 5-20 business days via USPS or FedEx
• Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days (additional charges apply)
• White Glove Delivery: Available for large items like Wedding Arch Drapes and Extra Long Pooling Table Skirts

3. International Shipping

Currently we only ship within the contiguous United States. For international inquiries regarding our Sheer Backdrop Curtain Panels or other decor items, please contact our customer service.

4. Special Handling

Fragile items like our Fine Vertical Lines Creamic Vase and Elegant Glass Vases require special packaging and may incur additional handling fees. All floral arrangements are shipped in protective boxes with moisture control.

5. Damaged Shipments

If your Wedding Arch Drapes or other items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the product and packaging for replacement or refund.

6. Holiday Shipping

During holiday seasons (especially Christmas when our Pearlite Gold Mosaic Glass Vases are popular), we recommend ordering at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.
